Vishwa Homes Premium Projects Private Limited is hiring energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to promote our residential, commercial and premium property-development projects.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, arranging property visits, presenting project details and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects.
• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and direct meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or projects.
• Explain project features, pricing, location advantages and payment options.
• Arrange and coordinate property and project-site visits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Update lead status and customer information in the CRM or enquiry-management system.
• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations and promotional materials.
• Participate in property exhibitions, marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Coordinate with digital-marketing teams for lead-generation activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, brokers and channel partners.
• Support negotiation, booking and documentation processes.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Submit daily and weekly sales-performance reports.
